If you feel your Knobby is less than perfect please contact us immediately, so that we can rectify the problem.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price. A return shipping label will be provided by us for authorized returns within the US. We will not be responsible for return shipping on orders placed outside of the US.
